Terms of use
ComplyKaro is a free tool operated by Ferrowright Engineering, Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India. By running a scan you agree to these terms.
What ComplyKaro is
An automated check of a website's public pages against signals from India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and common security practice. It is not legal advice, an audit or a certification, and a good score does not mean a site complies with any law. Automated checks can miss things and can be wrong; each finding shows its evidence so you can verify it.
Fair use
Scan websites you own, manage or are evaluating. Don't use ComplyKaro to overload a site, to get around rate limits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may block scans or visitors that misuse the service.
Reports
Anyone with a report's link can open it. Reports are kept for 12 months.
No warranty and liability
ComplyKaro is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, Ferrowright Engineering is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, a report.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Rajasthan having jurisdiction.
